SKRATCHER Returns w/ VEKKED
On June 4 join us for a special competition night of turntablism where Western Canadian talent from Edmonton, Vancouver, Calgary, Winnipeg, and beyond will participate in an all vinyl head to head freestyle scratch battle. Pay what you can afford; we start at 8:00 pm!
'SKRATCHER Returns' is for the people! This turntablism event includes showcases, competition, and an epic open decks scratch cipher for the ages. It will go down in history as one of the greatest things ever in the history of the universe.
Edmonton is blessed to host regional talent from Vancouver, Calgary, Winnipeg, and beyond, including the legendary 7x world DMC Champion: VEKKED.
SKRATCHER Classic is an all vinyl head to head freestyle scratch battle - hosted by SKRATCHER Group. Flip or Flop is a beat juggle competition hosted by the man himself - VEKKED. To enter, please contact Baggy Lean, MSA, C-SIK, or VEKKED. (See the discussion section for rules).
Prizes include cash, vinyl, and the ever coveted scratch fame.
Turntablism and production showcases will be provided by VEKKED, Darth Labour (AKA Kilo-Cee), MSA, Poizunus, Goldenchild, and Mr.Kou. Brace yourself.
To end the night we will witness the greatest scratch session in the history of sessions in Western Canada. I'm not being hyperbolic but I'm being a little bit hyperbolic. Time to cut it up fresh!
